Infill land includes single vacant lots, parcels and assemblages for infill development projects, teardowns, redevelopment opportunities, underused land, and finished and partially finished lots in Los Angeles, Orange, and Ventura Counties.

I can help with acquisitions, dispositions, value-added and ground-up development and financings of infill urban development projects. I am detailed and meticulous, providing a level of expertise rarely available in-house. Services include project market analysis, Excel modeling, financial due diligence, project underwriting, valuations, and investor packages and presentations.
